Shamil Bank of Yemen & Bahrain offers the service of inquiring about the balance of an account, whenever a customer requests such information from the Bank, by means of the various electronic and ordinary bank services. The Bank prints monthly account statements, which customers can obtain by visiting the branches of the Bank. Balance inquiry can also be made through the Bank’s electronic services, such as ATMs. Our customers who have been granted credit facilities value the delivery of their monthly statements to the site of their businesses, as we are keen to deliver high standard services to our customers and the public at large.
